Trombone

First trombone Arena Foundation Orchestra in Verona.

He undertook musical studies at the Conservatory “L.Marenzio” of Brescia, under the guidance of the Master Delmonte Guido, with who, in 2000 he graduated with honours.

Since 1998 he has perfected himself with the Masters Andrea Conti, Michel Becquet, Rex Martin, Joel Waisse, Stefan Schulz, Joseph Alessi, Andreas Klein, Ingermar Roos, David Bruchez and Christhard Gossling.

From December 2000 to December 2003, he collaborated as second trombone at the Orchestra of the Theatre “G. Verdi” of Trieste. From January 2004 to January 2007, he was the second trombone at the Arturo Toscanini Foundation Symphonica Orchestra, conducted by the Master Lorin Maazel. From September 2005 to August 2007, he was member of the prestigious “Karajan Akademie” of the Berliner Philarmoniker with many collaborations with the famous Orchestra. From November 2007 to February 2011, he collaborated with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Scala of Milan. From September 2010 to October 2012, he was the First Trombone at the “G. Verdi” Theatre of Trieste. Since 2013, he has been the First Trombone at the Fondazione Arena Orchestra of Verona.

He has been collaborating with the Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester Frankfurt (Oder), in the Italian Switzerland Radio Orchestra, in the Haydn Orchestra of Bozen, in the National Orchestra of the RAI of Turin, in the “A. Toscanini” Orchestra of Parma, in the “Cesti Symfonicti Soliste” of Prague, in the Orchestra of Italian Opera and in the Orchestra of the “Teatro Comunale” in Bologna.

Since 2006 he has given workshops for the YAMAHA Musica Italia of Bolzano, Genoa and Castrezzato (Brescia); he has also given masterclasses at the Conservatory “L. Marenzio” of Brescia. Masterbrass VI and at the Youth Wind Orchestra of Ripatransone (Ascoli Piceno, Italy).

Moreover, he was teacher of trombone at the Musical High School “V.Gambara” of Brescia, from 2009 to 2013.
