He has played in the most prestigious european theatres including Teatro alla Scala of Milan, La Fenice of Venice, Teatro dell’ Opera of Rome, Teatro Massimo of Palermo, Teatro Regio of Turin and Rai of Turin, Rai of Rome, Musikverein of Vienna, Mozarteum of Salzburg , Opera Theatre of Frankfurt, Opera Theatre of Berlin, Radio of Munich (Germany),Colon Theatre of Buenos Aires and Concertgebow of Amsterdam and always as soloist or first trumpet.

He has participated as soloist at several International Festivals of ancient and contemporary music in Cologne, Strasbourg, Milan, Rome, Venice and Spoleto and he has played live with RAI, WRD (Germany) and Radio France.

He has recorded for Archiv Deutsche Grammophone,Teldec,Erato and others labels.

With Ensemble AENEUS he has recorded for the world prémiere of Vidi Acquam by Ennio Morricone.

He collaborates with V.Ashkenazy, B. Petrushansky, M. Rostropoivich, A. Lonquich, Emma Kirkby, O. Dantone, A. Marcon, M. Brunello, P. Maag, K. Richter, R. Goebel, M. Argerich, M. Tipo, A. Ephrikian.

Founder of the Harmonie Brass Ensemble with which he recorded with a formation of ten brasses the CD “Brass & Swing” and with three trumpets, kettledrums and organ the CD “Baroque.”

He had taught in the conservatories of Trieste, Vicenza, and Castelfranco Veneto and Udine.

Currently he is principal professor of Trumpet at the Conservatory “C. Pollini “of Padova
